Currently, our website supports orders within the United States only. All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
For expedited and express shipping, the daily shipping cut-off time is 11:00 AM PST.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
If an order is required urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery dates are calculated based on product availability and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Please note that shipping estimates do not include the order handling time of approximately 1 additional business day.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs procedures, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Information
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound when calculating shipping costs.
4. Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or similar fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Failed Delivery / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
6. Damaged Shipment
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly at bonbon@winevision.kr and include your order number and photos of the package and product.
