At BONBON Drinks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us at bonbon@winevision.kr before returning any item so that we can review and approve the return request.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Returns will not be accepted for:
• opened items;
• items not in their original condition;
• items damaged after delivery;
• items returned without prior approval.
Because our products are consumable goods, returns may be limited except where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
We do not charge a restocking fee, however the original shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund amount.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if:
• the wrong item was shipped;
• the item arrived damaged in transit;
• the item was defective upon arrival.
Please keep the damaged product and packaging, as the shipping carrier may need to inspect the package for insurance purposes.
To request a resolution, please email us with:
• your order number;
• a description of the issue;
• photos of the item and packaging.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment statement.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and the shipping-related charges are non-refundable unless the refund is caused by our error or is otherwise required by law.
5. Shipping Risk for Returns
The risk of loss for any returned product remains with the customer until the item is received by our Returns Department.
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment.
For this reason, we recommend using a shipping carrier that provides a tracking number.
